The Buzz Boxx™ Initiative, created by Amir Youssef, is the first program of its kind that helps provide sponsored / pre-paid haircuts and mentoring services to boys and girls ages 7-18, who have exemplified outstanding academic improvements and/or public service throughout their community.

The Buzz Boxx™ is an incentive-based reward system created to encourage boys and girls to continue to strive for better. The Buzz Boxx™ Initiative seeks to reward boys and girls with haircut vouchers to help them improve their self and encourage them to “Do Better” in their community and/or schools. Vouchers are awarded to the boys and girls and redeemable at participating Buzz Boxx™ Affiliate Barbershops/Salons, or with select Buzz Boxx™ Affiliate Barbers and Stylists from within those communities.

• No initial cost(s) for haircuts for the participating Clubs and members
• Strengthens community relations throughout the Club ecosystem
• Creates a fresh, new and innovative way to engage members
• Attracts new members to the Club with continued programming
• Provides members with an incentive to “earn” fresh haircuts through Club participation
• Helps members to look better, feel better and do better while improving their self esteem
• Creates an opportunity for mentorship and positive reinforcement
• Helps Club raise money throughout the year(s) for additional funding
