An Update from Russell Triolo, CEO
A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County conduct career education programs to provide opportunities for youth to explore different career paths and gain the knowledge and skills necessary for future success.
These programs help young people develop a better understanding of various professions and industries, empowering them to make informed decisions about their career goals. By offering career education, we aim to inspire and motivate youth to pursue higher education, vocational training, or employment opportunities, ultimately equipping them with the tools they need to thrive in the workforce.
Additionally, career education programs at our Boys & Girls Clubs aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world work experiences. By offering internships, job shadowing opportunities, and mentorship programs, these organizations help youth develop practical skills and gain valuable insights into the professional world.
