BGCUC Welcomes Anthony Osbourne to Board of Directors

Anthony OsbourneBoys & Girls Clubs of Union County is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Osbourne to their Board of Directors.  Anthony is an attorney in the Banking and Financial Services group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. He represents lenders and borrowers in complex commercial and industrial financing transactions, including leveraged finance transactions, asset-based lending transactions, and commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing. Mr. Osbourne also has experience representing CDC lenders and small business borrowers in SBA 504 and 7(a) financing transactions.

“I am very excited to join the Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County and take a more active role in all of the great work that they do,” said Anthony Osbourne.  “The organization provides a home away from home for many of its members, and is a catalyst for the success of the children and young adults who take advantage of all that the club has to offer.  I am honored to be afforded the opportunity to be an integral part of that mission.”

Mr. Osbourne is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. He is also a member of numerous professional associations, including the Garden State Credit Associates, the Commercial Finance Association, the Turnaround Management Association, and also serves on the Board of Governors of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Risk Management Association.
